Participants
Urban Matters combines strengths of organisations, companies, professionals and (slum) residents from both the Netherlands and developing countries. Together we will create sustainable neighbourhoods in South Africa, El Salvador and Kenya. We are looking for your support.
Private companies, public sector, professionals, experts, ngo’s, institutions, knowledge institutes, scholars, students and financial contributors can all participate in Urban Matters. Contribute your strength, contribute to a better life for slum residents, gain valuable knowledge and experience to put to your own use, create new opportunities.
Are you socially engaged?
Are you after smart solutions?
Do you want to shift borders and innovate?
Do you want to act and go for results?
Then you can make a difference in Urban Matters and put your stamp on change.
WE BELIEVE IT CAN BE DONE. DO YOU?
Urban Matters rooms
Cordaidpartners.com is the portal that is created for Cordaid’s partners. It contains several thematic rooms, in which Cordaid and its partners can share discussions, documents, news, videos, photos, updates about ongoing projects, reviews, relevant links, and more. It offers an opportunity for the members of an existing network of partners to share and exchange knowledge and information. The Urban Matters project has created a general ‘Urban Matters’ room, in which all people, parties and stakeholders involved in the project are invited. In this room general updates from the project from within Cordaid, but also summaries on the latest updates from Kisumu, San Salvador and Cape Town (rooms) and relevant information on issues as urban development & innovation, sustainability issues and financial opportunities are gathered. This room keeps you up-to-date. In addition to this specific ‘city-rooms’ have been established for Kisumu, San Salvador and Cape Town. Specific information on latest developments in those project areas are posted and shared. Partners are welcome to upload your documents, links, events, news, and stories in this room.
